This next generation, patented device magnetically transfers steel blanks, stampings, and parts in automated station to station, press-to-press transfer and robotic pick and place systems. The Transporter® LP50 offers the ultimate in control and options for pick-up points on stamped parts, accurate placement on the die, and a significant reduction over vacuum cups in shop air costs.

Because the TPLP50 is engineered with powerful Rare Earth magnets that positively hold your part during transfer, it greatly reduces your shop air consumption and the chances of slipping and shifting of your part due to oily coatings. Unlike vacuum cups, the TPLP50 requires just a minimal amount of shop air to quickly engage or disengage the magnet to pickup and release your part.

Designed to directly replace vacuum cups with only minor tooling adjustments, the Transporter® LP50’s lightweight, low profile design allows for minimal die clearance and can be easily installed to existing air connections on tooling booms or robotic face plates.
